Wolverine Den Concessoins
Managed by sophomore Cody Sackett, the Concessions Division was newly added two weeks before the first football game. Under his leadership, the staff of 20+ students was recruited, trained, and implemented for the first round of games. We grew quickly, with Cody adding new menu items weekly. These new items included Italian Sausage, Burgers, Walking Tacos, Cotton Candy, Chili, Moonies Macaroni and Cheese, Bethie's Place Ice Cream Sandwhiches and Pizza, and a significantly expanded line of drinks.
The square system was also brought to the concessions division, allowing us to track stock and revenue, and streamlined sales with the acceptance of credit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. The staff can be seen working late nights and early mornings, and also directing the catering of special events in the school setting for various organizations.
